The work combines business and product understanding with hands-on engineering: clarifying what needs to be built, shaping the product, and then designing and implementing the systems that make it real.

The founder of Heetoo has spent years in engineering leadership, building and operating production systems for products ranging from early-stage startups to large-scale platforms. Experience spans designing architectures, mentoring teams, and making decisions that hold up under real-world constraints.

This work has included guiding product development alongside product and business teams, shaping roadmaps, and being responsible for systems in production – from incident response to the quiet, everyday reliability most users never see.

Heetoo works with a small team and trusted collaborators whose strengths complement each other across product development, engineering, and practical business understanding, bringing the right mix of skills to each project.
